Moonlight Lacrosse will be holding its second annual Section 1 All Star Shootout. The event will be held on Friday, June 25th from approximately 6:00 to 10:00 pm at John Jay H.S. in Cross River, NY.
This one day recruiting event is designed to showcase the top underclassmen from the Hudson Valley. The top players will be divided into balanced teams. All players will receive relatively equal playing time and compete in a series of mini-games (round-robin format).
College coaches will be invited, and expected to be in attendance. Perhaps more importantly, the games will be professionally videotaped and made available to all Division I, II, and III programs.
Participation in this event is by invitation only and the registration fee is $150. Players will receive a reversible All Star jersey, and can specify up to 3 colleges that they wish the game DVD's to be sent to.
Personal copies of the games will also be made available for purchase.
